The Victron Energy Quattro 48/15000/210-100/100 is a premium 15kVA pure sine wave inverter-charger for 48-volt battery systems, delivering outstanding power capacity for large off-grid, backup, and grid-interactive installations.
Key Features
- Two AC Inputs with Integrated Transfer Switch: Connect to two independent AC sources (e.g., shore power and a generator, or two generators). The Quattro automatically connects to the active source.
- Two AC Outputs: The main output has no-break functionality — in the event of a grid failure or disconnection, the Quattro takes over in less than 20 milliseconds, ensuring computers and electronics continue without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on one of the inputs.
- Unique PowerAssist Feature: Prevents overload of a limited AC source. Battery charging is automatically reduced when an overload would otherwise occur, and the Quattro can boost generator/shore power output using battery power during peak demand.
- Virtually Unlimited Power via Parallel Operation: Up to 6 Quattros can operate in parallel for higher power output. Three-phase and split-phase operation are also supported.
- PowerControl: Monitors AC loads and uses available spare capacity for battery charging, preventing generator or mains overload.
- Solar & Renewable Energy Compatible: Suitable for off-grid and grid-connected PV systems. Loss of mains detection software available.
- Remote Monitoring & Control: Compatible with Cerbo GX or other GX devices for local and remote monitoring via the free VRM portal and app.
