Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order call our operations team or email Logisitics@solarcellzusa.com. This must have been done prior to your order having been processed (including payment being taken). If your order is already on its way you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any surplus costs accrued. If your item is custom built to your requirements there will be a cancellation fee subject to the manufacturers approval that goods can be cancelled.
Returns Policy
All goods can be returned to Solar Cellz Inc within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be approved for return prior to being sent back, this should be done by contacting our operations team at Logistics@solarcellzusa.com once a returns number has been provided please return your item in full resale condition. If goods are returned a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, shipping charges are non refundable and you are liable for any return transport costs to our warehouse. Goods should be shipped with a delivery company capable of providing proof of delivery as any item which is returned and lost in transit we cannot be held responsible. If goods are found to be different to how they are described to our operations team we reserve the right to reject your return. Custom Built items and batteries are non refundable under any circumstances.
Solar Cellz Inc act as a distributor for many of the worlds top manufacturers and as such we do not hold the warranty for these parts, if you have a defective unit you will be covered by the original manufacturers warranty (if applicable). If you do suffer issues with your new product please call 980-729-7442 or email Logistics@solarcellzusa.com and we will direct you to the most appropriate place to have any warranty repairs carried out. Out of box failures are also covered by your warranty conditions and you should contact the manufacturers service line if repairs or replacements are required.
