General duty safety switches are designed for residential and commercial applications where durability and economy are prime considerations. Typical loads include lighting, air conditioning, and appliances. They are suitable for use as service equipment when equipped with a factory installed neutral assembly or field installed service grounding kit. This general duty single throw safety switch is a three pole, 60A, non-fusible disconnect with a 240VAC voltage rating. This switch has a NEMA 3R enclosure and is surface mounted. This non-fusible disconnect switch comes with no neutral. This switch comes with lugs suitable for aluminum or copper conductors. These general duty switches are UL listed.
